IID DeviceOn their program, “Justice Talking“, National Public Radio broadcast a show addressing whether or not drunk driving laws are too punitive. I.e. Are the sanctions really improving highway safety and saving lives? There is an excellent discussion with a representative from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety as well as another look at the New Mexico law making IIDs a requirement for first time drunk driving offenders.
