About Us
I am Narda Butler, an Anchorage Mom with a mission.
- a founder of Frontier Charter School and member of their board.
- a local road supervisor for the Municipality of Anchorage’s Limited Road Service Areas.
- a certificated science teacher and I teach homeschoolers through my business, DreamSpinner Learning.
- representing no interests other than my own.
- educated on the issue. In October of last year I attended the International Conference on Ignition Interlocks sponsored by PIRE.
- a regular volunteer at the Downtown Soup Kitchen in Anchorage.
I am joined in this effort by Rodney Hebert, a DUI offender who recently passed his five-year mark of clean and sober living. He is employed full-time at ChangePoint church as the Maintenance Foreman. He has become a dear friend to my husband myself and the rest of our family. He is being courageous in putting a face on this issue.

Great job! Every time a client removes, they state that the only learning experience they gained from the DUI was the Ignition Interlock.
